How You’ll Make an Impact

In this role, you’ll:

• Coordinate and oversee digital project requests from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Collaborate with digital and creative teams to streamline workflows and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Use your organizational skills to track project progress, resolve challenges, and ensure every deliverable meets our high standards.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows, making it easier for teams to deliver exceptional results.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ideally with 3+ years in project management within marketing or digital settings.
• Is comfortable using project management tools like Workfront (or similar platforms) to organize and track work.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, whether it’s with team members, stakeholders, or clients.
• Thrives on attention to detail and enjoys solving problems to keep projects on track.
• Is adaptable and open to change, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

While a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is helpful, we value skills and experience above all. Experience in the insurance or finance industry is a bonus, but not required.
