About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive professional to join our Corporate Event Marketing team. In this role, you’ll support key operational processes—including expense management, bill payments, and ticket coordination—for some of Gallagher’s major strategic partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Expense Management: Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and on schedule. Ensure all submissions comply with company policies. Maintain complete and accurate documentation.
- Bill Payment Coordination: Manage vendor invoices and coordinate payments for the entire team. Track, monitor, and follow up on payment deadlines to avoid delays.
- Ticket Management: Support the allocation and distribution of event tickets for large‑scale partnerships. Keep organized, up‑to‑date records of ticket inventory.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Provide general administrative support as required. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and data organization.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in administrative, finance, or operations support roles.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and expense management tools (Concur is a plus).
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Familiarity with payment processes and financial documentation.
- Detail‑oriented, dependable, and able to work well under deadlines.
