In this role your daily duties will rely on leading and overseeing developments in process optimization and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, ensuring the quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Python scripts and Power BI dashboards. The specialist will act as a technical and strategic reference for the Data & Analytics team, driving operational efficiency, compliance with service agreements, and fostering innovation in automation and data analysis solutions

Responsibilities:

1.Leadership and Oversight:

• Lead and supervise the development of Python scripts and Power BI dashboards to optimize processes assigned to the GCoE LatAm.
• Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to Data & Analytics analysts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and goals.

2.Process Optimization and BI Development:

• Design and implement innovative solutions for process optimization using Python and workflow automation tools.
• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making and operational insights.

3.Quality Assurance and Monitoring:

• Ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of Python scripts, Power BI dashboards, and automated workflows.
• Monitor implemented solutions to ensure they meet performance expectations and comply with service agreements (SLAs).

4.Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes and solutions, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to foster innovation in automation and data analysis.

5.Technical and Strategic Reference:

• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for Data & Analytics analysts, providing support and promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives and organizational standards.

6.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and results to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

7.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developments, including scripts, dashboards, workflows, and improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to ensure continuity and adoption of solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (university studies) in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Advanced English Level (B2).
• More than 4 years of experience in Data & Analytics, using Python, Power BI and Azure for task optimization, data management and dashboard creation using DAX.
