Communications Specialist

Gallagher’s Global Brokerage Division is on the lookout for a talented Email Communications Specialist to become part of our dynamic Strategic Business Engagement team. If you’re passionate about creating impactful internal communications and love working with innovative tools, this role is for you!

As our Internal Communication Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for Poppulo, a leading internal communication platform. You’ll manage distribution lists, craft compelling emails and newsletters, and analyze performance to ensure our messages truly resonate.

• Own the Poppulo platform: Manage users, access, and settings while staying ahead of new features and updates.
• Keep us connected: Maintain accurate distribution lists and contribute to our integrated communications calendar.
• Create and deliver engaging content: Design newsletters, translate content into multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, Portuguese), and schedule communications that hit the mark.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with internal stakeholders and corporate partners to develop strategies that drive engagement across the Americas.
• Measure success: Use analytics to track open rates, clicks, and engagement, then turn insights into action.
• Be the expert: Train and support colleagues on Poppulo best practices, ensuring everyone gets the most out of the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in communications.
• 2+ years working with Poppulo or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Advanced English (B2+/C1); multilingual skills are a plus.
• Bonus points for experience in financial services or insurance brokerage.
• Position available for Bogotá, Cartagena, Medellín, Barranquilla, or Cali.
